Columbus Pacific Breaks Ground on Pendry Ski Resort

Columbus Pacific broke ground on the Pendry Park City (Utah) last week. Expected to open in winter 2021, the ski-in, lift-out resort will feature 152 guestrooms, suites and Pendry Residences.

Designed by SB Architects, IBI Group and SFA Design, the property will feature a rooftop pool and bar, a Japanese-American restaurant, a rec room with dining and arcade games, a spa with eight treatment rooms, a fitness center, a kids club and more than 7,000 square feet of indoor meeting space, including a 4,000-square-foot ballroom.
