Developed by Unicorp National Developments, Inc., and designed in collaboration with HBA and Dutch East Design, this milestone celebrates the culmination of a journey that began eight years ago.
Our team, including Pinar Harris, Stefano Falbo, Gustavo Mendoza, and Jamie MacNichol, recently attended the ribbon-cutting ceremony to celebrate. This luxury resort is set to bring a new level of sophistication to Longboat Key, offering guests a one-of-a-kind experience.

The St. Regis Longboat Key Resort & Residences stands out for its architectural expression and the elevated level of luxury it brings to the area. The property features 168 rooms and 69 private condominiums, all thoughtfully designed to offer both elegance and comfort.
