An urban retreat by design, it integrates life-enhancing hospitality elements such as pedestrian river access and proximity to scenic parks and museums featuring art from around the world.
Although it is not a beachfront building, its position directly on Las Olas, Spanish for ‘waves,’ is echoed in the building’s design. The tower embraces the round element of the corner on which it sits with its subtle curves, creating a softer water-like counterpart to urban areas where concrete is ubiquitous.
Balancing a dense urban area with its contemporary design, 100 Las Olas creates contrasting feelings of light and expansiveness.
Expressed in curved geometric shapes, wrapped in steel and glass, the design allows light to dance across surfaces and reveal long city views from private terraces with glass balconies.
With rich amenities and common areas, the building’s hotel occupies floors eight through 15, with amenity decks at two levels providing private spaces for residents and hotel guests.
