THE DESIGN

SETTING A NEW STANDARD OF RESORT RESIDENCES ON THE COSTA DEL SOL

Designed as second homes along the spectacular Costa del Sol, this enclave of hillside structures provides stunning views of the Mediterranean Sea. The architectural style utilizes modern, clean lines and simple whitewashed forms, contrasted with areas of natural stone for a varied texture. Units range from two to four bedroom configurations, each with an abundance of glass to provide views and natural light to interior spaces.

Stacked flats and penthouses are situated in four-story buildings that terrace up the hillside, stepping back with each floor to provide sun-drenched outdoor terraces. Rows of two-story villas, each with their own private outdoor space, are adjacent to an expansive pool and recreation/event area.
