Glistening by Giảng Võ Lake, adjacent to Vietnam’s art capital Ha Noi, SB Architects has designed a tower inspired by the area’s natural surroundings.

High-rise, fast-paced, and neon-lit, Hanoi is as futuristic as it is historical, immersed in vibrant flora. To blend in with the city’s appeal vertical sky gardens and landscaped bridges have been sprinkled throughout the towers and podium, celebrating the landscaped boulevards and parks found throughout the city.

UNIQUELY PROGRAMMED

Reflecting the area, the two mirroring glass towers sit above the retail podium, each with its own unique program. One tower serves as a dedicated office space while the other shares a boutique hotel at the top.

LUSH, ELEVATED, & MODERN

The bridge, the development’s defining component, unites the two towers, acting as the hotel’s lobby and offering all-day dining in a lushly elevated environment. The massing and placement of the tower allow hotel guests to enjoy the wonderful views of Giảng Võ Lake. The retail podium will become a regional destination, serving as a support structure for the residential towers to the north and the surrounding neighborhood.
