Kate Geary :
Kate Geary has a passion for People, Culture, and Diversity that has accumulated over her 18 years of international experience in HR and Talent management. She has lived and worked in Sydney, London, and Hong Kong.
Kate completed her studies in Sydney and holds a degree in Advanced Science (mathematics of management), a diploma of secondary education (mathematics), and an advanced diploma in business management.
Prior to 10 Design, Kate was the Resource and Operations Manager across Asia for one of the world’s largest architectural practices. During her time with this practice, she was instrumental in the establishment of a professional recruitment structure for Asia and played an integral part in driving forward global centralization of recruitment processes and talent management across the practice.
In 2010, she was one of the first employees at 10 Design and has since played an important role in the establishment and growth of the company globally. Based in Hong Kong and overseeing our international studios, she is responsible for all areas of Human Resources globally as well as the operational management of the studios.
