A Creative Incubator

RIVER [IN] FLUX

Named after the dynamic flux of a river (“río” in Spanish), that fluid, constant change is represented in a unifying theme of transformation expressed throughout the project, from rotating murals and exhibitions to stores that shift over time, helping to further position the venue as a creative incubator where businesses can test new ideas and innovations. Capturing the vibrancy and energy of Colombia, diverse artists will continually flow through the space, leaving their mark, some permanent, others ephemeral.

The Driving Forces

MAN, NATURE, & ART

“El Hombre, La Naturaleza, y El Arte” (Man, Nature, and Art) are the driving forces behind The Rio Arts District, with emphasis on providing expansive pedestrian, open-air, pathways intertwined with native wildlife. Carefully crafted spaces, designed with points of interest, exhibitions are strategically located throughout to surprise and delight visitors.
