The Design

MIAMI'S COLOR RESURGENCE

Becoming an integral part of Miami’s iconic color resurgence, where a shift away from an all-encompassing white palette has resulted in a vibrant revival of color and liveliness. Located at the heart of this transformation, Residence 27 aspires to contribute to this moment by infusing the building with dynamic pops of color. Rather than completely painting the entire structure, specific elements will be carefully selected to create eye-catching moments and bursts of hues.

The incorporation of color will take various forms, such as the garage which will serve as a canvas for a mural that will pay homage to the surrounding area. The strategic placement of the color elements spread throughout the tower will create engaging and dynamic visual experiences for residents and visitors alike, enlivening the building and reflecting the energetic spirit of Miami’s current artistic renaissance.

VIBRANTLY PROGRAMMED

Totaling 247 units, in a 20-story tower, Residence 27 showcases picturesque sunset vistas, and stunning views of Wynwood, renowned for its vibrant art scene. The ground level of the building features retail spaces, a spacious leasing area, and dedicated parking for retail customers within the garage.

On typical floors, the parking structure is seamlessly integrated, while linear units grace a significant portion of the building, providing a contemporary aesthetic. The amenity deck will feature a fitness center, a resident’s lounge, and an exterior pool deck and a few stories above residents will experience a Sky Deck offering expansive views of the bay and downtown Miami.
